- What is the warranty on the machine, and what is covered?

- What is the estimated cost per cremation?
- How long after cremation can the next case be charged?
- Is freight included in the proposal?
- What does installation include?
- Who is responsible for roof penetration?
- Who commissions the cremator?
- Is training included in the proposal?
- How long does installation take?
- How are metals separated from the remains?
- Does the noise level meet OSHA standards without ear protection?
